1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using goprompt360.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About the website
GoPrompt360 is an AI photo prompt platform for Indian creators. At present this website provides information about the project. Features such as prompt browsing, accounts and the creator program will be available after launch and may be governed by additional terms.
3. Use of content
The text, design, logo and other materials on this website belong to GoPrompt360 unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for personal use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute our content, or scrape the website, without written permission.
4. Prompts
When the prompt library is live, prompts will be provided for personal and commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may copy, modify and use individual prompts, but you may not republish the full library.
5. Creator program
Creators who submit prompts will keep ownership of their original content and will grant GoPrompt360 a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the platform. Points, rewards and payouts will be governed by Creator Program terms published before the program opens.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or share illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual or copyrighted content you do not have rights to
- Use the site for spam, scraping or automated bulk access
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website
- Use prompts to create content that harms, impersonates or deceives others
7. Third-party tools
Prompts are designed for third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney and Flux. We do not own or control these tools. You are responsible for following their terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images may produce unexpected results, and we do not guarantee any particular output. See our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoPrompt360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or any AI tool used with our prompts.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Rajasthan, India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
